The “High Performance Series” is a two-part workshop designed to help any team reach peak performance through expert guidance. 

This workshop utilizes PI’s Design Team Discovery data.  We facilitate to help your team establish an understanding of each team member’s motivations and work style and uncover your group’s specific “Team Type.”  We also help your team refocus their daily priorities to best serve the goals at hand and provide a clear action plan on how to deliver on the proposed objectives.

Participants will get a deeper self-awareness of your leadership strengths, potential blind spots and areas of synergy and conflict within your team + an understanding of your team’s makeup + the ability to see yourself, your team and your strategy to identify strengths, alignment and any gaps that may exist.

  • Format: Virtual two 2 – 2.5 hour sessions (4-5 hours total) or ½ day in-person workshop
