Course Overview:
- 30 min of pre-work preparation, and approximately 1 hour of self-study assignments.
- Onsite: Two day, 8-hour workshop: dates and locations of training are customizable
- Virtual: Five 3-hour sessions
- Three follow-up sustainment sessions (designed for virtual) 90-min each
- Participants use their own Behavioral Assessment (PI) results, as well as those of their direct reports so that learning is highly personalized, experiential, and practical.
- Participant guides, toolkits and all other materials and tools will be provided to participants electronically.
Post-Workshop Sustainment Program
- Every participant will attend virtual follow-up sustainment sessions with MindWire, to strategize next steps, apply learnings where it will make the most impact for you and your organization.
- Sustainment webinars are designed to help leaders practice leveraging the data and skills to drive performance and provide an opportunity to dig deeper into specific skills and case studies.
- The sustainment program includes live webinars and online learning lab assignments for accountability and knowledge checks.
- Graduation is a lifetime certification. Graduates have the opportunity to return and attend this workshop (virtually or live) in the future, at no charge.
