Meet Our Team

LISA KINSEY

Co-Founder, Chief Talent Strategist

Lisa is an expert at organizational strategy, culture change, project alignment and execution. 

With over 20 years of experience, she has been on the forefront of change and transformed businesses and cultures through people-focused strategies including sales & operations, contract negotiation, marketing, HSE, human resources and training & development, both domestic and global.

Lisa has held numerous leadership positions with Fortune 100 & 500 companies including Vice President, Corporate Human Resources & Organizational Development for Willbros Group and Vice President, Organizational Development for National Oilwell Varco. Her experience spans over multiple functions including sales & operations, contract negotiation, marketing, HSE, human resources and training & development, both domestic and global.

Lisa has gained hands-on knowledge within the oil and gas and energy industry, specially within field operations, manufacturing, distribution and executive management supporting Board of Director activities. She became Owner, President of Kinsey Management in 2015 and expanded the company as a Certified Partner and Master Training Center with The Predictive Index in 2016. 

Lisa has successfully coached numerous individuals and teams to unsurpassed results; and has created and led experiential team building, leadership, change, culture, accountability, communication, emotional intelligence and sales workshops throughout the country.   

A graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Marketing & International Business, she holds a M.B.A. from the University of Houston – Victoria. She has received various certifications from Rice University covering strategic HR, culture transformation, and leadership development.  Lisa is a Master Trainer of The Predictive Index and certified in Lominger 360 and an expert in other psychometric assessment and 360 tools. 

She is a proud wife to Brandon and mother to three children Katelyn, Jordyn, and Kase.

FUN FACT:  During her travels, she has paraglided over the Swiss Alps, flew in a hot air balloon over San Miguel, and held a koala bear in Australia.  She is a hiking enthusiast, especially in the Colorado mountains.

BRANDON KINSEY

Co-Founder, Chief Talent Optimizer

Brandon is a coach at heart. He coached Texas High School  Varsity Football for 14 years. During that time, he was a part of 157 wins and 14 straight playoff seasons including the very first playoff wins in school history at Pearland High School and Pearland Dawson High School. Brandon is competitive and never meets a stranger. He was raised as an entrepreneur by his parents who began an enterprise that has been in business for 40 years. His passion is people and seeing them achieve their potential. He is still active coaching youth baseball, softball, and football.

Brandon had a vision to help business owners overcome one of their biggest challenges, hiring and inspiring great people. Given that Brandon had experienced being a member of so many great teams, he had a desire to replicate that experience for everyone. This began his pursuit to make work better for leaders and employees alike. Luckily, Lisa’s talents and professional experience provide a link between vision and reality. While never thinking he would actually use his social psychology degree, Brandon was drawn to the idea that the solution had to be scientific, modern, and easy. When The Predictive Index recruited Lisa, he saw an opportunity to begin this shared vision to help people called Kinsey Management.

Brandon is originally from Brownwood, Texas, and is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Sociology. He is very active in the Friendswood ISD Education Foundation where he serves as a director and Fundraiser Committee Chair.  He is a proud husband to Lisa and father to three children Katelyn, Jordyn, and Kase.  

FUN FACT: Brandon loves the outdoors and to hunt. One of his most unique experiences was stalk hunting wild Corsican Rams that roam the Devil’s River Canyon on the Rio Grand border. The Devil’s River is the cleanest natural river left in the United States. Skillfully, Brandon was able to harvest a 28’’ mature Corsican Ram.

ANNE GOTTWALD

Director of Marketing and Business Development

Anne joined Kinsey Management in 2022 as the Director of Marketing and Business Development. 

Her professional background is in the fashion industry where she has over 15 years experience in buying and merchandising.  She has led teams for Fortune 500 global apparel brands such as Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger internationally.  She started her career in the buying office at Bloomingdale’s in New York.  She has lived and worked in New York, Amsterdam and Geneva.

As the Senior Director, Merchandising and Sales Operations EMEA, she led the Lauren Ralph Lauren brand for the European market and oversaw the development of the product assortment, financial plans and go-to-market strategies.  

Anne has a proven history of achieving revenue, profit and market growth objectives.  Her expertise is in strategic brand leadership, business development, merchandising and marketing for vertical and multi-brand retailers across retail, wholesale and e-commerce channels.  

She has hired, coached, trained and developed high-performing, culturally diverse teams and is an enthusiastic team leader.  

Currently she is consulting and enjoys helping clients optimize their business and talent strategies.

Anne is a native Houstonian and graduate of Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a Certificate of International business.  

FUN FACT:  Anne loves to travel and has visited 27 countries.

ELIZABETH ARAUZ

Client Success Coordinator and Administrative Assistant

Elizabeth joined Kinsey Management in 2020 as a Client Success Coordinator and Administrative Assistant. 

She is a graduate of Troy University with a B.S. in Political Science and Business Administration. She started her career as a Business Specialist with Kentucky Adult Education. 

She resides in Pensacola, Florida, with her husband and two kids.

Elizabeth is an Army brat originally from Clarksville, TN. 

FUN FACT: Elizabeth is a sports enthusiast who loves the Dallas Cowboys, THE Ohio State University Football, Kentucky Wildcats basketball, and St. Louis Cardinals. She has a goal to experience a game in every NFL stadium.
