Lisa Kinsey’s expertise lies in organizational strategy, culture change, project alignment and execution. With over 17 years of experience, she has been on the forefront of change and transformed businesses and cultures through people-focused strategies. Lisa has held numerous leadership positions including Vice President, Corporate Human Resources & Organizational Development for Willbros Group and Vice President, Organizational Development for National Oilwell Varco. Her past experience spans over multiple functions including sales & operations, contract negotiation, marketing, HSE, human resources and training & development, both domestic and global.
Lisa has gained hands-on knowledge within the oil and gas and energy industry, specially within field operations, manufacturing, distribution and executive management supporting Board of Director activities. She became as a Certified Partner with Predictive Index in 2016. Lisa graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Business Administration in Marketing & International Business and holds a MBA from the University of Houston – Victoria. She has received various certifications covering strategic HR, culture transformation, leadership development, training and coaching.

Brandon’s experience lies in coaching, leadership, team building, and strategic planning. With a social science and leadership background, Brandon has 17 years of experience coaching individuals and teams, strategic planning, and achieving results. Brandon spent 13 seasons as varsity football coach in the Pearland ISD. During that time, he was part of 13 consecutive winning seasons and playoff appearances. His off the field responsibilities included teaching Economics, Sociology and coordinating Academics and recruiting. In 2013, Brandon founded Kinsey Management, LLC. He has a proven track record in driving sales and bottom-line results through relationships, team building and project management execution.
Brandon holds a B.S. in Sociology from Texas A&M University and a M. Ed in Leadership from Lamar University. Brandon became a Certified Partner of The Predictive Index in 2016 and a Master Certified Trainer of The Predictive Index in 2017.
